Survey is pleased to announce that effective 21st August 2008 Spectrum
Survey and Mapping became part of the Cardno Group. The Cardno group of
companies provides professional services to create better communities across
the globe through planning, design and delivery of physical and social
infrastructure.
Cardno Spectrum
Survey supplies surveying and mapping services to mining, exploration,
government and private sector clients throughout Australia and the world.
It is our policy to utilise the most up to date surveying technology,
digital photogrammetric equipment and computing power.
The implementation of
this policy has enabled our group to continually provide services for
many large and varied resource and development projects.
Our comprehensive
inventory of resources enables us to provide clients with an overall
spatial data capture and management solution for any project, large or
small.
This means our clients
have to engage only one consultancy. The responsibility of coordinating
all of the services rests with us.
The Perth surveying
and mapping sections are based together in Balcatta. Technical and
administrative functions including mining personnel secondment and
international projects are coordinated out of this office.
The Kalgoorlie
office, at the hub of Western Australia`s mining industry, services the
region with survey support to mining and exploration activities. Services
include mine tenement pegging, gridding, open cut and underground
surveying, gyroscopic surveys and cavity monitoring.
